Soul Punisher (Rainbow Sparkling Blast, Stardust Breaker) is the technique used by Seikaizou and much later on, Kyuukyoki Shukai Seireitou Hyuga.
Seikaizou first catches his opponent off guard then he puts one hand in the air and forms a baseball-sized rainbow-colored energy ball. When Seikaizou throws it at the target it has a delayed effect, but finally disintegrates the target to glittery gold dust.
Seireitou soon obtained this technique whne he mastered Kyuukyoku Shukai. His power at this form surpasses Seikaizou's power in Shukai.
