Hikaru Kurahi[]
Hikaru is the leader of Kuromurani in the Lost Lands. He has a son named Naruto Kuraihi. Hikaru is also the host for the Shadow Dragon, and a master at Zanjutsu and many other powers.
Background[]
He also has been shown sipping sake during important situations. Due to this he is often seen by some as a lazy idiot who just bluffs about his power. It is revealed he uses it as a power limiter, seeing as he has to drink alchohol 24/7 to keep his power in check. He seems to retain his sanity even if he drinks excessively. He hates to do this, but he sees no other option. He is currently training with Seireitou and Ryun to control his power. During his younger life, he was the best. He graduated the academy at the age of 4, and his academy was different. They made you kill the others, and you had to be the only one standing. Knowing that he was going to win, the first he went to kill was his best friend so he could obtain his Mangekyo Sharingan. It was the hardest thing in the world for him to do. His best friend was like a father to him. He was scared, but he knew it had to be done.He closed eyes and awkened the Kagerinnegan which allows him to consume dead or alive people and obtain their powers. He did and he also obtained the Mangekyo Sharingan. Then it was a lot easier for him to kill everybody else but he just decided to consume them to obtain there powers. He then became a Jounin at the age of five. He later met Naruto and Sasuke once they killed Madara and wanted to obtain something he did not have, the space time ninjutsu that comes with the EMS and wanted to consume Sasuke Uchiha but he realized that Sasuke would be needed for the future. He then realized that he could bring back people and consume them so he brought back Kakashi Hatake (who now has to Mangekyo Sharingan) and took his eyes. He now went to the Leaf Village and became their Hokage Sennin. He also was known for his genjutsu ninjutsu and Kekkei Genkai. The only jutsu he can not obtain is the Kagegan which he does not want.
Personality[]
Ever since his first appearance, Hikaru had always been mysterious and acted as though he were hiding his true self. While flashbacks to his past showed that he was a compassionate comrate and person, his later acts and claims made it seem that this was mostly just an act. But, surprisingly, he genuinely was the compassionate comrates he had once claimed to be, although he hid this from the rest of them so they tell him don't care for them so much.
As a member of Anbu, he possessed incredible self-control of his emotions, constantly displaying an emotionless personality. He only showed surprise when opponents proved more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even then he didn't lose his composure. He did not possess any arrogance, and fully justified any statements he made about his power, even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities.

He has short black hair like a uchiha usually has his rinnegan open always has a chain on.He has a sword on his back.He wears a long sleeve shirt.His belt has a picture of a dragon on it.He has half gloves on.Wears baggy black pants.Usually wears ninja Male shoes.Most of his colors are black white gold and red.He also hs a sword case with his sword on his waist but most of the time he is holding it.
Abilities[]
He taught Seireitou everything he knows and also is known to be, like Madara, for being untachable.He is in love with space time and has every move of it he also has is known for genjutsu. Who also is the founder of the Kagerinnegan.
Kagerinnegan[]
It has all jutsus of EMS and Rinnegan.Most important thing is that is it's special power is that it can consume any dead or alive person and once consumed you contain whatever they had. Also you can take over he body and make it your body. Another thing is that you can bring back the bodies that you can bring back the bodies and make them fight.

Nature Transformation with Taijutsu[]
Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release. As the name suggests, the lightning produced by this ability's techniques is black in colour. The ability to utilize black electricity was possessed by the Third Raikage, who passed it onto Darui.The other user is Hikaru but he is able to do nature transformation with it and is able to do black lightning amor and is able to do all the same taijutsu as A but it has much more affect. Hikaru uses a 'power' type fighting style. He possesses a great deal of physical strength, as he first appeared lifting a large amount of weight with just one hand, and broke his desk with a single punch. His strength is further displayed at the Five Kage summit when he punched through a wall, the floor, and even snapped Suigetsu's sword in two (although the sword already had a partial crack in it from Suigetsu's duel with Killer Bee). A was also able to punch a hole in Jūgo's arm and chest with ease, despite the latter being armoured with his Level 2 Cursed Seal form. He was also able to cut through one of the four horns of Eight-Tailed Giant Ox when it was being subdued thirty years prior with his physical strength and Black Lightning Release Armour.
Despite his large physique, the Raikage is noted for being very fast, grabbing Zetsu by the throat before he had a chance to react. Befitting his appearance, the Raikage seems to prefer taijutsu combat, in which he has shown tremendous prowess. In addition to powerful punches, he is able to use equally impressive throws and take-downs. He prefers using wrestling techniques to more traditional forms of taijutsu.
Sharingan[]
Being a fragment of the Uchiha clan, Hikura was a true successor of the Sharingan[6] mastering it already when he was Four years old. From a stationary position, he would study an opponent's movements with his Sharingan and respond accordingly, often with a genjutsu. He could cast a genjutsu by merely pointing at or looking at someone, and could similarly turn an opponent's genjutsu against them with Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change.[7] Most of his genjutsu are derived from the Sharingan, but regardless of whether they are or not, all of them cause powerful mental trauma.He had trained so much with his eyes that he had reached the stage where he could have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time, with minimal drain on his chakra levels.
The eyes most fearsome trait allows him access to the Izanagi technique, a jutsu forbidden even amongst the Uchiha clan. When the justu is activated, Ibitsu temporarily gains the power to turn the reality within his personal space into an illusion. With the ability to turn his own body into a genjutsu, Ibitsu is capable of negating any injury he should receive from an opponent. This allows him to survive otherwise fatal attacks, while still retaining the ability to inflict physical injury to his opponent. However, the side effect of the jutsu is that for every 60 seconds Izanagi remains activated, he loses sight in his Sharingan eyes. However, he is the first Uchiha to master this technique and negate the ensuing blindness. Once his Eternal Mangekyo was unlocked, he noticed that he could use Izanagi for the full 60 seconds, with the new side effect being that his vision becomes severely blurred for 60 seconds after the technique, leaving him vulnerable. Once his sight becomes clear again, he can use Izanagi once more. Izuke possessed the Mangekyō Sharingan, which increased his already great power, and enabled him to use his most powerful techniques. With his left eye, he could use Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that traps an opponent's mind in an illusory world, torturing them for what seems like days in a matter of seconds.During the time skip, Izuke further improved his Sharingan by developing his ownMangekyō Sharingan through undisclosed means. With it he can perform Kamui, a jutsu that sucks everything within a small area to another dimension.He also has Madara's space-time ninjutsu.

Summoning and Tranformation Techinique[]
His summoning are the shadow dragons which are ownly personal summonings that are only used by him.King Shadow Dragon is the strongest of all the shadow dragons and when the make a combo King shadow Dragon is considered a fake Tailed Beast it really strong but it hard for him to stay under control of of the dragon because it usually wants to be under its own demand

Zanjutsu[]
Zanjutsu gives you shadow release and the ability to summon dragons.Shadow Release give a boost to your chakara 10 times.You are able to all the regular shadow jutsu like shadow clone or shadow possesion jutsu to but stronger. You also get similar jutsus to the rasengan or chhidori called kageboru.
